Possible formula change?

I used to love this product. The last one I purchased had 0 lasting power. So upset, it’s not what it used to be.

Great liner

I have sjrogens syndrome, an autoimmune immune disease that loves to dry my eyes out. This is probably the most comfortable liner I’ve ever tried. It doesn’t bother my eyes, it stays put. So good.
