It's pigmented but not crazy pigmented so one of the more user friendly liquid blushes. Blends very easily and layers nicely...I like these a lot! It's fragranced, but I do love the candy scent!

I was looking for a bubblegum pink blush and this is just it! I will say that it can be a little splotchy in coverage if you blend it too much.
