Not up to par

I genuinely haven’t worn a powder in ages that has been this bad, especially for what it costs. I found that it’s yellowish, has zero coverage, yet somehow manages to get cakey on the foundation underneath. It’s almost like it pulls the rest of your makeup off, and im using my tegular brushes. Very weird.
