My favorite Eye liner ever! I use it on my upper water line but not on my lower and it never transfers. Stays in place, Vegan, Trooper black- is BLACK! I buy it when ever I need it or when ever it pops up for sale. Check KVD's website too! Love the pencil liner!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it’s alright. when i received it i thought it was just a regular black eyeliner. there is a bit of little to it which i didn’t mind. i mainly used it for my waterline. it has great pigment but it’s not an eyeliner that i reach for often.
