Does not irritate my sensitive dry skin

I am very sensitive to Vitamin C and I love this toner. I use it every morning and have had no issues on my ultra sensitive, super dry skin. I stock up when it’s 50% because I’ll never be without it in my routine!

Nice, hydrating toner

I have repurchased this toner multiple times. It’s very hydrating and preps the skin well. The fragrance isn’t too strong, which I have found with a lot of Glow Recipe products.
