Caramel and Blonde both look grey on me, terrible.

I bought the Caramel and the Blonde promade. They both look grey on me. I’ve wasted all this money on them and I can’t use them. I need a soft brown colour. Who makes these colours up I have no idea. I’m really not impressed.
