Horrible formula had to return. Ysl, really?

I don't understand how a high end brand like YSL releases something like this. This particular color is amazing on fair skin BUT I HAD to return regardless of it being the color of my dreams. The formula initially feels great but then it becomes sticky and dry and it begins to flake it's just such a bad product. Hard pass.

its very sticky on the lips , colour payoff is good and lightweight however its very sticky please revise the formula for an expensive product like this
