Half filled no pH change

I ordered three, two of the regular ones were filled properly and the limited one was half empty. I used it twice and there was no pH change or shine. It felt like chapstick. I attempted to return it but CLARINS policy is awful and it will not allow me to add a photo.

Excellent lip oil

I absolutely love the black & white lip comfort oil. It goes on smoothly and has a nice scent. The black transform to a lovely plum on me and the white is a clear with subtle sheen.
