Plumping lip oil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Clarine comfort oil hydrating and plumping lip oil both hydrates and plumps. It does not tingle as much as most lip plumping products. While I do feel like it has a plumping effect, it is not super potent. I do not see many lip oils that plump so it is definitely unique. It also does not have a strong scent. Overall great product, would love the full size.
