No plump but beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So let’s start off by saying I’m not quite sure how this is a plumping oil. Because it did nothing for me no tingle no anything no plumping. But however, the oil itself and the tent of the oil is so incredibly beautiful. I would love to lay this on something beautiful for like a nice spring day. The shimmer looks great and it’s not overdone. I do wish I got a bigger bottle of it, but my only downfall of this whole thing is there is exactly no plumping.
