A must have for me

I have been using this as the first step in my double cleanse for years! I have found nothing that even comes close to doing what this does - removing all the makeup - especially eye makeup - and does not burn or irritate myeye eye and skin.

Not a fan

I really wanted to like this, tried it several times and just can’t understand it. Following the directions on how to use it and it barely removes makeup and leaves my skin feeling neither clean nor hydrated.
