A Great Split End Serum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I’ve been using the Kérastase Split Ends Serum on my mid-to-ends for several weeks now, and overall it leaves a softly polished finish without feeling greasy. The texture is quite light and silky — it spreads easily and absorbs well, so you don’t need a lot to get noticeable slip and shine. Many reviews praise its scent and ability to “seal” the look of split ends, and for me I saw less frizz and somewhat less visible splitting over time. That said, it seems more cosmetic than reparative — it doesn’t truly “heal” splits (nothing can really do that aside from a trim) — and at its price point it feels like a premium treat more than a daily essential. If your hair tolerates oils and you like indulgent haircare, it’s a lovely finishing serum; if your hair is fine or more sensitive, use sparingly so it doesn’t weigh things down.
