Hot mess

Decided to try this despite mixed reviews. While I loved the buildable color, it NEVER dried! Even when I managed not to get it everywhere after applying, 10min later it's still tacky and my lids are sticking every time I blink. Not worth the effort or the price.

As soon as this product touched my eyelid I felt an immediate burning sensation. Its been 2 weeks and it still looks like I have a chemical burn on my eyelid where I first applied it.
