Formula has changed. Too heavy now!

I’ve been a loyal user of Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA for years, but the recent version is definitely different from what it was in 2025. The texture has become much thicker and heavier, it honestly feels very similar to the NMF + PhytoCeramides version now. Unfortunately, it no longer sits well on my skin and feels too greasy for daily use. I’m really disappointed as this was my holy grail. It's just not suitable for my skin anymore.

Waxy drying

This face cream sits on your face and doesn't penetrate and dries out feeling like dry wax. And the company is horrible. If you buy anything online which I suggest you don't, you will have to go through hoops to return. They send you a list of five things you must do, including paying for your own return and they suggest you get a tracking number so you could see because they won't let you know if it got to them or not Then it will take up to 10 days for your refund. So basically they don't back their products because they make it very different to return
