It's for men, no it is not. It specifically tells you it's a woody scent. It's just not fruity or floral. Also, nobody "catches" hives. Niacinamide can irritate people's skin and if you don't do your research on a product then you shouldn't use it if you're unsure. It does not say it's her sensitive skin either.
