Nice
This works nicely for outer-eye shadow blending and also smudging eyeshadow over eyeliner. Also, for any small areas on eyes to reach or highlight.

Very Effective
Bought this along with the smoky kohl eye liner and I'm very happy with the way they work together. Produces soft smoky lines, nothing harsh which is especially important if you are an older woman like me.
