Doesn't smell as described

I sprayed this in store as a try before I buy. My experience completely echoes that of another review: just pure alcohol scent to start, dried down to powdery scent with a touch of coconut. Needless to say, it MAY be because it was an old tester, but if this is what the scent transforms into, I'll have to pass as it doesn't match it's description. But it did have decent staying power.

Obsessed with the scent. Wish it lasted longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kayali hit the spot with this delicious warm latte with the best woody, musky espresso vibe. Cozy and comforting, but somehow still light enough to wear in the summer heat. Not sweet, too heavy, or too sharp...everything comes out together and holds steady, which makes it incredibly pleasing and attractive to wear. For me, it evokes the feeling of walking into my favorite coffee shop on a slow morning. Warm, comfortable, and effortlessly sexy. It has a very clean girl feel while still being cozy and inviting. I spray it on my pulse points and love how the woody musk and espresso notes stay beautifully balanced throughout the wear. If you're sensitive to fragrance or don't want something that takes over the room, this would be perfect. I'd much rather a fragrance be too light than too strong. I do wish that the longevity were better. The scent itself is gorgeous and I find myself reaching for it constantly, but on me it doesn't have the staying power I was hoping for. That said, this perfume is practically begging to be layered. Kayali Vanilla is a match made in coffee-shop heaven. Yum Boujee Marshmallow makes it downright irresistible, and Amber is another beautiful pairing. The question isn't "will this blend nicely," it's, "will it be detectable alongside other scents as it wears?" I adore Kayali fragrances and recommend this as a must-have for the layer-loving girlies. The scent is so good that I just wish it could stand on its own a little more because I'd happily wear this delicious latte all by itself! ☕🤎✨
