Bottle is misshapen, ingredients are incorrect…?

To start, I’m overall a fan of Caudalie! And I was excited to try this. But the product I received didn’t make it past inspection. The bottle was misshapen and the “opening” wasn’t in the front. The ingredients do not match those on the website. I do not feel this is a product that has had any quality control measures taken to prevent the consumer (me) from receiving such a product. I am not sure what is going on, but this is obviously not the same product depicted, ingredient-wise, on the app. And the condition of the bottle is 🧐

My ride or die

I started using this product approximately 6 years ago while i was in search for good hydrating and non greasy hand-cream. Working in healthcare makes our hands more prone to a lot of dryness. I always stock up on these and i still even have the ones in the old packaging. Scent and smell is very comforting and uplifts me every time i use it.
