NOT WATERPROOF

This used to be my favorite eyeliner, this time that I purchased it I was very disappointed. I am unaware if they changed the formula but it is no longer waterproof at all. My eyeliner smudges shortly after the application. I do not recommend this product. It’s not what it used to be and I won’t be purchasing again.

Formula has changed

Used to be great & was truly smudge proof but the last two times I night it, it seems the formula has changed. I end up with black smudging under my eyes and have to reapply throughout the day.
