Worth the extra spends
My first biggest splurge on an eyebrow pencil and I saw this as an investment the colour stays on with no smudging, very creamy! I’ve wanted a precision eyebrow pencil for a very long time saw this had to have it!

No pigment
Maybe I’m the unlucky one but the pencil I received is hard, and there is barely any pigment there. I will return it
