[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best brow pencil I’ve ever tried before. It applies very thinly so it looks natural. I use this in combination with busy gal brows tinted brow gel. The brow gel darkens my brow hairs, and then I use the pencil to fill in places I don’t have hairs.
