Absolutely horrible

The, ''new'' formula not only changed the color but it also changed the quality. Still called Cruella but it's not the same color. Sent back for a refund. Lost this long time customer.

Not like velvet matte

This is nothing like the old velvet matte. I loved velvet matte for its dry but silky texture. It never budged. It felt like nothing. Looked great for hours. Powermatte is nothing like this. It’s does not stay put! Please bring the old formula back. This is not ok! wetter it
