Tight line fail

I really wanted to like this eyeliner, I purchased it specifically to tight line, but it transferred to my lower waterline. Now I must say it was very easy to apply and worked great as under eye liner

LOVE but beware of old, dried out products

Using for 10+ yrs & I LOVE this eyeliner and use both ends - but dropping a star bc it's hit or miss on getting an old one. Sometimes you get one that seems old, sitting on the shelf for too long to sell, and the crayon is dried out and crumbles, breaks easily on use - and doesn't apply well when it's so dried out. Idk maybe put expiration dates on them and pull from shelves when it's passed exp date.
