After about 30 seconds - it feels completely dry. Not sticky at all. It has a nice smell to it - not perfumey but just smells. . . clean! Absolutely love it. I don't wear makeup, and it is still perfect for every day use after using the jelly cleanser.

i've been using tretinoin and have somewhat oily, combo skin, and using this during the day keeps the oil away from my t zone and keeps me from looking like a total greaseball at the end of a work day, A+!!!!
