I really wanted to love the Dior Plaque Eyeliner. When I first tested it in-store, it went on so smoothly and felt lightweight compared to the Urban Decay liners I’ve used not as intense, but I actually liked that it was easy to remove and perfect for a softer look. However, after about a month of owning it, the product just doesn’t come out of the tip anymore. I have to press really hard to get any pigment, and even then, it barely applies. For such a high-end brand, I expected it to perform longer than this. Really disappointed because the formula and finish were beautiful at first.
