i have everything working against me and this still doesn't budge. i have several piercings that interfere with lip liner, i lick my lips as a nervous tic, and i vape. even with lip gloss IT DONT MOVE. this pic is after trying on two other combos and aggressively wiping them off then adding gloss again. no touch ups.
