Sadly disappointed
Really bummed out by this product -- smudged every time I wore it and didn't really have staying power between smudge cleanings.

Not waterproof
It applied smoothly and looked great at first, but it is not waterproof. Within an hour I had raccoon eyes- this was on a chilly winter day with no sweat or humidity. Very disappointed.
