Protein Based: Skip if you’re prone to build up!

I have long, fine but dense, wavy hair, roots are prone to oil but the ends are dry. I have being using Brigeos avocado moisturizing mask for a years & made the switch because of all the awards/reviews this mask received. Unfortunately it left my hair feeling more brittle & tangled than before use, felt almost like it wasn’t rinsing out? Turns out it contains protein which is great at COATING & protecting hair that is dry due to damage & over processing. It’s not great for hair that is dry due to lack of moisture or hair that is prone to buildup. I’ll be returning this one & switching back to their Avocado mask (which also smells better!)

Real improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 71. I have fine, thinning hair. With most shampoo and conditioning products, my hair is left limp and flyaway. Now, instead of conditioning after shampooing, I use this as an overnight conditioner each time I shampoo, and then rinse it out in the morning. My hair is much improved. I have retsined my narural hair color at my age. This product gives me shine and body I cannot maintain without it.
