I haven’t had issues with this drying up or piling as seen in other reviews. I’m actually on to my second purchase of this. It’s definitely a thicker consistency, so I suppose putting on too much would cause piling. It’s definitely helped my eyes loose less “saggy” as well filling in some fine lines I had been developing. With that said, this probably more beneficial for younger people who does have severe lines and wrinkles.
