Great for my Hormonal Cystic Acne

Bought this after doing lots of research. In the last year I've gotten cyctic acne on my jawline (probably peri-menopause) and no skincare has helped. This has been a game changer. Within a week the hard lumps under the skin have shrunk loads and the spots aren't very visible at all anymore. And not expensive

Good product but packaging needs improvement

It is still effective for me as the previous version. But can you improve the cap? it is too tight, and too sharp on the down edge, always cutting my finger when opening.
