Very chalky on the skin and just left glitter behind

Looks cute, packaging to formula needs help

Love this product minus one big issue. It slides on the skin so nice and is a subtle shimmer that I am looking for. BUT it is too buttery, resulting in the product not retracting upwards, very sad so much of this is going to go to waste because I cannot access the product.
