Perfect dark waterline liner!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Super smooth application, really nice dark color and well pigmented. No irritation to my eyes at all and lasted all night. I’m pretty picky about my waterline and this worked like a dream!
