Complete waste of money!

Complete waste of money! Firstly, the product felt as if it was old and dried up despite being brand new. There wasn't much pigmentation, I like my eyeliners to be very black and this just wasn't. It didn't even last a couple of hours and I don't have oily eyelids. It smudged a lot, leaving black across my face, and I don't even know how because I didn't touch my face. I don't know how this has any good reviews, it is one of the worst, if not the worst black liquid eyeliners I have ever tried!

Fantastic precise lasting eyeliner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sephora 12h intense in fine felt liner is probably one of the best eyeliners I've ever tried. It is very easy to apply and it lasts all day. You can make both fine and thick lines easily. It stays an intense black throughout the day. It's really good value for money. I'd get it again 100%!
