does what it says but, careful!!!

this product does what it says. it leaves your lips smooth and plump. however, the one I received, after a few swipes I felt it scraping my lower lip and it did cut. when I looked closely, it looked as if it had something that looked like debris. tiny hard particles. so be careful!
