Very nice scent however when it settles off a lot lighter and doesn’t last as long as I was expecting

Beautiful Light Fruity Floral

Jo Malone's English Pear and Freesia is a lovely fresh floral scent. I definitely get a fresh light pear which I absolutely love, and the florals work really well with it. Overall, it's a nice bright and breezy fragrance that's extremely elegant. I also get a noticeably powdery note, like those old fashioned fancy makeup compacts with colorful pearls. It smells nostalgic to me, I think for that reason. This fragrance is perfect for springtime, it has a light ephemeral quality that makes it feel like the smell is always coming on a breeze. It's also not so strong you couldn't wear it to the office. I can definitely see that classy woman who always wears crisp but not stifling white shirts wearing this. I have a trial size, and since it's not my exact style, I'm not currently planning on upgrading to a full bottle right now, but it's a really excellent fragrance I enjoy wearing.
