Definitely plumping and refreshing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I really like the packaging and how large the applicator wand is. The product itself feels nice on the lips, but might be a little too greasy for everyday wear. I do like the mint scent and tingly sensation as it feels very fresh. It definitely does plump your lips up a little which is nice. I like to apply this before bed since it is very hydrating.
