Hate the New Formula

I used to love this shampoo/conditioner set before the reformulation but the new formula hates my hair. Hair feels like straw and made my scalp itch. Tried a few times, even exchanged for a new bottle, no luck. Not sure what happened, but went from a 5 star to a no star.

Won’t buy again

This made my hair feel like there was some kind of residue on it. It helped a little bit with frizz but not a ton. I have thick, coarse hair and am always looking for frizz fighting products but I didn’t love this.
