The Best Eyeliner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this eyeliner faithfully since it came out as a new product. It’s so easy to apply, has a soft line and is very forgiving if my line isn’t straight. This eyeliner has great staying power and is easily removed at the end of the day. I also love its syrup brown color.
