Why is this not 5 stars?

I’m not sure why this shampoo has such bad reviews. I am posting this to help! I have thin, straight, oily hair that not many shampoos really do anything for. But this one works so well! It refreshes and cleanses while leaving my hair super shiny. I’ve been using it for over a year and I will continue to keep purchasing! I have 3 go to’s for shampoos that are genuinely amazing, and this is one of them!

Leaves hair dry & frizzy. No shine

This used to be great - I’d get compliments on how shiny my hair was, and it felt so soft and smooth. But it seems like they changed the formula, and now it doesn’t leave my hair shiny or soft $ silky. My hair is dry and frizzy. Last time I went to the salon, my stylist asked about my hair feeing so textured. I’ve never had any real texture to my hair. This new version is terrible.
