Not as good as the loose powder version

I really wanted to love this since I love the loose powder version sooooooo much. But unfortunately, it wasn’t for me. Although the formula is very fine like the loose powder, it’s a lot more drying, which just doesn’t work for my 50 year ols skin. It would probably work for people who don’t have a lot of wrinkles but I do and it accentuates them a lot. I do however, love the loose powder version and highly recommend it. For now, I’ll have to just keep using my bare minerals pressed setting powder compact. It does leave a slight light cast, which is why I was looking for something else but I do think it’s not quite as drying as this compact. Also, this compact doesn’t come with the same puffy applicator as the loose powder. Instead, it comes with a thin dense sponge. I really like the other one better.
