Not it. Waste of money.

I'm looking for a mascara primer that keeps my mascara on my lashes. Something that doesn't allow my mascara to smudge onto my skin and stays out of my contact lenses. This is NOT it. Just another overpriced tube of crap that clumps and smears. Oh, and I PAID for my product myself, fyi.

Excellent primer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the tubing mascara but the primer is a whole new level. Primer helps the mascara stay longer without flaking off. 10 -10 recommend
