H20 Proof Eyeliner
This eyeliner bleeds in the corners of my eyes, but the color is bold and nice on the rest of my eye. I have to use some tricks to avoid the running and bleeding. A primer should help too.

Stung My Eyes
Everytime I used this eyeliner or the curling mascara, they made my eyes watery and stung my eyeballs.
