Shouldn’t be a highlighter but an eyeshadow .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, this was just all around unimpressive to me and doesn’t really fit with Kosas look, in my mind. It’s sparkly. So, right there that kills it as a highlighter for me. It’s intense as well which may be your thing, it’s just not mine. Plus, it’s sorta thick.It just sits sorta thick on the skin. I don’t know how to better describe it. I DO use this as an eyeshadow. That looks pretty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Didn’t really like the shade. it is bendable and has a good amount of pigment but not something that i would personally look for in a highlighter.
