Arrived broken & quality not the same as original.

My 15 + year Aveda paddle brush finally gave up on me so replaced like for like. Brush arrived with bristles missing and the handle quality just isn’t the same as my original one - weight/quality just not the same. Aveda yoh need to stop cutting corners!
