Quality has gone abruptly downhill

Unfortunately, the reviews are correct. While the color is still excellent, the quality of this, my favorite eye liner has abruptly gone downhill. Upon touching the tip to my lid, it immediately bleeds. I'm a bit shocked because I've experienced this with cheap eye liners but never with Kat Von D. I'm sending back for a full refund.

A lot of ink came out, which can be good if you want a thick line on the first try. Very dark black colour. Did not dry out/skip when applying and stayed on all day. Very comparable to the KVD Tattoo Liner except the Tattoo Liner dried out on me when I lined the second eye (probably because I lined on top of my eyeshadow).
