[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use eyeliner like this in my waterline and while I wasn’t expecting too much the blue can be hard to see if you’re just using it in the waterline. Though it does glide beautifully and has a gorgeous deep jewel toned blue hue to it. I didn’t find it moved too much in the water line which I enjoyed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right off the bat this liner is worth it!! It comes with a sharpner ANDDD a brush on the other side?? Chefs kiss. I love how vibrant yet sultry the metallic blue shade is. It’s easy to play around with and diffuse as desired which I love. I definitely want to pick up the brown shade next!
