Nice Eyeliner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This waterline eyeliner pencil is nice and glides on well on the waterline. But, after a couple hours, most of the color is gone so it didn’t quite work on my eyes in terms of longevity.

Pigmented

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This liner applies super smooth. It’s also extremely pigmented and long lasting. You have to really try and scrub this liner off. It applies well in the water line also.
