Doesn't last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This glided on pretty easily after it warmed up. It does look really pretty on. It shows up actually black, unlike some that look more gray. Unfortunately, it does not last with my eyes, at least. My eyes water sometimes, but it claims to be for the waterline and waterproof, so it should last even with watery eyes. The first picture was taken at 12:14 pm and the bottom was taken at 9:53 pm.
