I loved it at first….

I bought a trio of balm dot com lip balms and I LOVED them at first (black cherry was my favorite)! The texture was amazing, the pigment was great, but after about a month or so black cherry started coming out really thin, sheer and oily all of a sudden? I tried to shake it up and it didn’t help. I mostly kept it in my house (no dramatic temperature changes), not exposed to direct sunlight and not taken on planes or anything like that. Really hoping this was a one-off issue because it was my daily wear for a while there.

Separating for me

I like the product. It smells nice and initially has a nice texture so I tried a couple of colors, but the oil and pigments in it separated for me a few weeks in.
