Feels great but can be messy

This feels really silky on the lips without being chalky or sticky at all. I like that it's clean and that the color is pretty. It has noticable pigment that is slightly sheer and muted with no shimmer. The only reason I am rating it as 4 starts instead of 5 is that it runs outside my lips as I wear it. I think that a lip liner would solve the issue, but I don't typically wear lip liner. I might try it if they still make clear lip liner.
