Gift samples on the package list were not in the box.

This originally was a gift from a friend and it seems to help, so I decided to purchase one myself. Purchased during Shiseido promotion time. When I received the package. 10 things were on the package list, only 6 items in the box. 4 of the luxury samples were missing. Very disappointed. This is not the first time it happened.

NO Long Term Benefit

Worked for the first 2 weeks so well... then, nothing. It just stopped working all together. I won't buy again.
